Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions include (a) general terms of use applicable to your use of Zahab Technologies, and (b) specific provisions relating to value-added tax for trips carried out in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (attached in Appendix 1).
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions include information about your rights, obligations, and other important information regarding your use of ZAHEB Technologies.
General Terms of Use
1. Contractual Relationship
These terms and conditions, including the general terms of use and the value-added tax terms in Appendix 1 (collectively referred to as the "Terms"), govern your access to or use of the applications, websites, content, products, and services ("Services") provided by Maalem Marketing Company, headquartered in Riyadh, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Services.
Your access to and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, creating a contractual relationship between you and ZAHEB. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services. These terms specifically replace any prior agreements or arrangements made with you. ZAHEB may terminate these terms or any of the Services related to you immediately or generally cease offering the Services or restrict or deny access to them or any part thereof at any time and for any reason.
Certain additional terms may apply to specific Services, such as policies related to a specific event, activity, or promotional campaign, which will be disclosed to you regarding the relevant Services. These additional terms are added to and form part of the Terms for the purposes of the Services provided. In case of conflict, the additional terms will prevail over these terms regarding the provided Services.
Maalem Marketing Company, the owner of the Zahab application, may modify the terms related to the Services from time to time. The modifications take effect upon the publication of these updated terms on this website or the publication of modified policies or additional terms related to the provided Service. Your continued access to or use of the Services after such publication constitutes your agreement to comply with the modified terms.
We collect and use personal data relating to the Services in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom.
2. Services
The Services constitute a technological platform that enables users of mobile applications or websites provided by Maalem Marketing Company, referred to collectively as the "App," to arrange and schedule transportation services.
Limitations
You are not allowed to do the following: (1) Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any portion of the Services; (2) Reproduce, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by Zahab; (3) Tamper with its codes or reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile it except as permitted by applicable laws; (4) Create a link to any portion of the Services or frame it; (5) Create or cause to create any software or scripts with the purpose of scraping, indexing, surveying, or otherwise exploiting its data, or excessively or improperly burdening or hindering the operation and/or functionality of any aspect of the Services; (6) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or damage any part thereof or any systems or networks related to it.
The Services and all rights therein are the exclusive property of Maalem Marketing Company.
Value-added tax is charged at a rate of 15% according to the regulations of the General Authority for Zakat and Tax in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Maalem Marketing Company maintains a contractual relationship with drivers by providing them with an IBAN bank account number for the transfer of their financial entitlements for services provided to customers on the Zahab platform.
